Cosmopolitan
Popularised at the Odean Bar in San Francisco by bartender Tony Cecchini, the ‘Cosmo’ combines Wyborowa vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and cranberry juice shaken and strained.
Bartenders Margarita
Our adaptation comprises of Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime and a splash of cranberry juice, shaken together and strained into a margarita glass rimmed with salt and finished with a Grand Marnier float.
Caipirinha
Lime segments and demerara sugar muddled together then combined with a generous amount of Cachaca 51 cane rum – the national spirit of Brazil.
BonBon Manhattan
Jack Daniels Bourbon, Tuaca caramel liqueur, sweet vermouth and apple juice shaken and strained in a Martini glass with a dash of bitters. A new version of a tried classic.
Pear Sidecar
Consisting of Martell Brandy, Wyborowa Pear Vodka, Cointreau pear liqueur and fresh lime. This is our adaptation of a classic invented in Paris during the Great War and named after a captain who was customarily driven to and from his favourite bistro in a motorcycle sidecar.

Kuba Cuba
A large measure of Havana Blanco, fresh ginger and Demerara sugar muddled together, topped with cranberry juice and finished with a dash of raspberry puree. Served in a highball glass full of cracked ice. This one is a bit fiery!
Acapulco Dream
Amaretto, Crème de Banana, chocolate and vanilla liqueurs shaken with cream and topped with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg to produce a finish parallel to a liquid banoffee pie.
